Player Information:
Lift, clean and place for all aeration works throughout the golf course.
Tree root cutting on the edge of the fairway, All machinery tire tracks and dirt/grass piles. (Dirt/Grass piles have been placed on various bare patches over the course to help generate new growth).
Relief may be taken nearest point of relief no closer to the hole.
Course Closure Policy and Process
During extreme weather the course may be deemed unplayable and or unsafe for play. Players on the timesheet will be notified of the course closure via text message by the Proshop. The process for course closures is as follows.
Initial assessment will be made by the most senior member of the ground staff on that given day prior to the first tee off time.
On Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays a secondary assessment will be made by 12:00pm for the afternoon field.
On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, a secondary assessment will be made at 10am for the afternoon competition field.
In the event that the course becomes playable later in the day a social time sheet will be opened up for members to book for the afternoon.
Members are encouraged to monitor the website throughout the day on course closures and re-opening.
